Phyllis Spector was born in Brooklyn and has been a member of CTI since 1976 when she moved to Glen Cove. Phyllis assumed various volunteer roles at CTI including Sisterhood President and Ritual Vice President. She was President of CTI from 2013- 2019. She currently has the position of Director of Administration.
