Leslie Liberman Dwyer grew up in Albuquerque, where she was a member of the local temple. She received her BSBA in Marketing from Arizona State University. She moved to New York in 1992 and has been a member of CTI for over 10 years, where she celebrated the bat mitzvah of two of her three daughters.
Leslie spent her early career as an Account Manager and left to focus on raising her family. After her children were in college, she started a second career, working for government officials, first with State Senator Jim Gaughran and now as Special Assistant to Assemblymember Chuck Lavine.
Helping and supporting constituents was the natural segway into becoming a Board Member of CTI. Leslie initially was the VP of Social Action, where her professional and personal life centered around helping others. After serving as VP of Social Action, Leslie became Executive VP in 2024 and feels that CTI is her extended family.
She lived in New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, and London, England, before settling to raise her family in Glen Cove. She is married to Sean, a third-generation Glen Cover, and has three adult daughters, Lauren, Lindsay, and Leah, who is responsible for CTI’s social media.
